Welcome To Sandy Neck Beach Park OnLine
Welcome to Sandy Neck Beach Park. Thousands of years have allowed this barrier beach to develop into 4,700 acres of dunes, maritime forests, and marshes. It is a living museum, exhibiting dynamic landscapes rich with ecological activity and recreational opportunities.
Each year thousands of visitors are attracted to Sandy Neck to soak up the sunshine, swim, and beach comb as they witness the power of the ocean. While extremely satisfying, these activities represent a fraction of the possibilities for any visitor seeking to enjoy a quality outdoor experience.

Important Sandy Neck Update!
Due to the on-going situation regarding Covid-19 in Massachusetts, we must continue with the Off-Road Vehicle (ORV) closure. We can assure you that, with our extremely limited staff, we are working diligently to prepare the ORV beach to meet the compliance requirements of our permits so that when appropriate, we can reopen the ORV beach as soon as possible. The parking lot is OPEN and the beach and trails are available for passive recreational activities such as hiking, dog walking (on leash) and biking.

In accordance with state and federal guidelines for public gatherings, evening campfires are not permitted at Sandy Neck Beach at this time.
