Off-Road vehicle beach is open to 4.5 miles.

There is a "daytripper only" area clearly marked on the beach. Campers and daytrippers can park parallel or perpendicular.

No vehicles allowed past closure line on the front beach.
Gatehouse open daily, 8am-9pm. Speed limit is 15mph. Off-Road Vehicle Beach open 8am, curfew is 10pm. All vehicles must leave Sandy Neck Beach Park by 10pm. Off-Road Permit holders may have campfire at 7pm.
ORV permit required.

Campfire Permits go on sale at the Gatehouse at 5pm, daily. You must obtain a campfire permit. Campfires may start at sunset or 7pm, whichever comes first. Campfire permit holders must bring wood, shovel and bucket to put out fire. All beachgoers must leave the park nightly by 10pm.

No horses allowed on the weekend. Horses cannot go past the closure line on the front beach. Access to the horse trail is obtainable by Trial 4 and 5.

The beach is open to Trail 6.

Bikes cannot go past the closure line on the front beach. On the Great Marsh Trail, bikes can only come onto the beach at Trail 1, Trail 2, Trail 4, and Trail 5.

There is no Lighthouse access.

No riding on the dunes or cottage colony. No riding past the closure line.
