Detailed site plans are required for all special event applications. Site plans are not required to be professionally drawn, but they must be legible, close to scale (with dimensions), and provide sufficient detail to paint a picture of what your event will look like. Screenshots of a map with no details provided are not accepted.

Facility Use
The Special Events Program permits the use of certain Town Property parcels, but not all town property. If you are seeking to rent out space, such as: fields, HYCC event rooms, ice, or gym, community buildings, school facilities/property, or airport property, please review the staff contact sheet to identify which division to contact for such.
