The CAPER is a year-end report that outlines the accomplishments of the Town’s CDBG program. The Draft 2025 CAPER is available for review and comment through Monday, September 28, 2026. Hard copies are available at the Planning & Development office, 367 Main Street, 3rd Floor, Hyannis, MA 02601, between 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

Comments received during the meeting will be summarized in the final submission to HUD.
