Purpose: The Zoning and Regulatory Committee will review and make recommendations to the Council regarding proposed zoning amendments and other proposed regulatory ordinances and amendments submitted to the committee by the Town Manager or by one or more Councilors. The Zoning and Regulatory Committee, on its own initiative, may submit to the Council proposed zoning amendments and other proposed regulatory amendments and ordinances.
